Who changed what in the Shopware administration, and when – with the value before and after.
All areas of the administration
Products, prices, shipping methods, rules, snippets, shopping experiences, system settings and more – created, edited or deleted. Changes by API integrations such as ERP or PIM appear under the integration's name. What customers change in the storefront is not logged.
Easy to read
Entries use the same names you see in the administration: if a product gets a different manufacturer, you see the previous and the new manufacturer. Passwords and access keys are hidden, and for images you see when the file was replaced.
Find it fast
Search and filter by area, user, action, name and date, and export the result as CSV.
Your data stays with you
The log lives in your shop's database, with no external services. Its own permission decides which roles can see it. Old entries are deleted after a configurable period (default 180 days).

- Administration in German, English, French, Dutch or Spanish
